Our 2+O® ethos is to create well designed, comfortable apparel featuring high quality, sustainable fabrics for everyday wear. Designed in California and based in Singapore, we pair eco-friendly fibres with gender-neutral designs to create timeless style.
As an Envregy brand, 2+O® embodies its parent company’s belief that doing good for the environment is the first step we can take towards doing good for ourselves.
Our intention is to offer clothing that is safe for the ones wearing it, the ones making it, while staying kind to the environment. Using renewable materials such as bamboo, cotton, and TENCEL™, we are driven to make functional comfort for everyone in our distinct relaxed style.
Prior to starting 2+O®, Agnes worked in the areas of luxury fashion and entertainment. It was during her three-year stay with her young family in Los Angeles, California, where she first explored the idea of starting her own contemporary eco fashion label for children and adults. As a mother of two, Agnes found that few eco fashion brands featured well-designed clothing using quality natural fabrics. She thus sought to create everyday apparel she wanted to see her children wear.
We use only fabrics that are renewable, such as cotton, bamboo and Tencel™, eco-friendly, biodegradable fibres with their own attributes.
A common feature in our collection is cotton, a natural material we enjoy working with, and we use organic where possible. Bamboo and Tencel™ are both a type of lyocell, derived from plants and turned into textile as part of a closed loop system – a production process we appreciate because it addresses waste during manufacturing.
We aim for consistency in our business practices, opting for post-consumer mailers, and ensuring all our packaging is recyclable.
With raw materials sourcing and manufacturing occurring in Asia, we keep transportation miles to a minimum, hence keeping our carbon footprint as lean as possible.
We at 2+O® place sustainability and responsible practices at the heart of our organisation. We believe that the economy exists as a subset within the environment, and that it is in everyone’s interests to create as little negative impact on earth as possible and co-exist with nature.
We spend months finding the best factories around the world, visit them often and build strong personal relationships with the owners. Each factory is given a compliance audit to evaluate factors like fair wages, reasonable hours, and environment.
As a brand, we believe in contributing to the betterment of our society. Each year, we donate a portion of our profits to a charity that is important to us; helping communities in need thrive in the process.
We want you to wear our pieces for years, even decades, to come. That’s why we source the finest materials and factories for our timeless products.
